About the Role

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team in Blackburn, Lancashire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our developments to potential buyers and ensuring that they have a seamless buying experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Promote our developments to potential buyers through effective marketing and sales techniques.
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that buyers are satisfied with their purchase.
* Work closely with our development team to ensure that all aspects of the sales process are met.
* Meet or exceed sales targets as set by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* A proven track record in new homes sales, preferably with experience in the UK market.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex problems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
