About the Role:
We are looking for a Key Customer Experience Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Update manual logs, raise credit notes, and process cash and card payments securely.
  • Deliver goods to customers using a dedicated delivery van and manage yard operations as needed.
