About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team at Wanstor. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, escalating where necessary
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to improve support processes and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends through training and self-study
Requirements
  • Experience providing technical support at a 2nd line level or at a 1st line level demonstrating readiness for more
  • Knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems and technologies, user management through AD
  • Understanding of ITIL, incident, problem, and change management
  • Ability to operate to the standards of Cyber Essentials for IT Security
