About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at Triangle Housing Association. As a Support Assistant, you will work closely with service users and staff to deliver high-quality personal care and housing support services to individuals with a learning disability/challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality personal care and housing support services to individuals with a learning disability/challenging behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with service users and staff to achieve individualised goals and outcomes
  • Support service users to maintain their tenancies and live independently in the community
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised support plans
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary scale of Band 2 Level £23,151 - £24,309 per annum
  • 33 days annual leave (includes public holidays)
