We are seeking a Catering Support Staff to join our team at Bridgeway Health Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Receiving and Storing Supplies: Receiving, checking for quality, temperature and correct quantity as per order to suppliers, and the storage of such goods in the appropriate area within the time limits set out in the department policy on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
  2. Serving Food and Beverages: Demonstrating the ability to serve food to staff and checking temperature levels in accordance with the Food Temperature Regulations.
  3. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Operating the central dish wash machine, cleaning, drying and checking of the staff/ward crockery and cutlery.
  4. Service Delivery: Service of food in the restaurant and in the Dining Room, including preparation of sandwiches, hot snacks, and beverages where applicable.
  5. Maintenance and Repair: The cleaning and re-stocking of vending machines.

As a Catering Support Staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in food service and hospitality. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
