About the Company: Our client is an independent car dealer group which operates a network of 61 car dealership sites in the UK and channel islands. They are one of the Top 25 Sunday Times best big companies to work for.
About the Role: We are looking for a New and Used Car Business Manager to join our team at our new Craigavon dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate our clients Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues, customer and prospects.
* Anticipate and identify customer needs, and meet and exceed them by relationship building and taking responsibility for resolving customer issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Work with customers to the highest ethical and professional standards to build long-term profitable relationships.
* Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with customers.
* Be a Subject Matter Champion, supporting colleagues with knowledge, skills and expertise to improve business performance and profit.
* Identify opportunities for reducing waste / inefficiency or improving quality.
* Maximise opportunities to provide an effective financial solution for a range of customers.
* Help the Sales team maximise profitability on all product and service stock.
Requirements:
* You must have a full and valid driving licence.
* Are you numerate?
* Are you customer focused?
* Have you had previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record?
