Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Junior Front End Developer to join our team at Shaw Daniels Solutions in Hampshire, UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with limited professional experience to develop their skills in front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of user interface components using popular front-end frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to integrate front-end components with back-end services.
  • Participate in code reviews, learn from feedback, and maintain coding standards.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design requirements into functional front-end code.
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Some experience or coursework in front-end development using popular front-end frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of web markup languages, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and its core principles.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools and pre-processors such as Webpack, Babel, or SASS.
