Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Wishaw. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and/or additional support needs.

About the Role

This is a 35-hour position that requires a positive attitude, empathy, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily tasks, such as medication management, household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.

You will also have the opportunity to engage with individuals in various activities, such as hobbies and social events, and promote their independence and well-being.
