
Residential Conveyancing Assistant

We are pleased to partner with a busy legal services firm based in the East Midlands region. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Residential Conveyancing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with audio typing and document processing tasks
- Managing diaries for fee earners and ensuring effective communication
- Responding promptly to client phone calls and addressing their queries
- Opening files efficiently and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support to the department
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a legal secretary, preferably in Residential Conveyancing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, show initiative, and maintain high levels of motivation
- High attention to detail and accuracy in typing and document processing
- Experience in using audio and copy typing software
