About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Exam Proctor at Bay Leadership Academy, a secondary school for 11 to 16 year olds. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional pastoral care and support to students, ensuring their welfare and well-being are at the forefront of our school community.
• Work collaboratively with academic staff to promote a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and inclusive school culture.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to promote student engagement, motivation, and academic success.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in pastoral care and support.
