We are seeking a French speaking Talent Partner to join our team as a key part of the talent acquisition process. As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for building relationships, managing talent acquisition, internal recruitment, and succession planning across regional offices and portfolio of designer outlet centres.

This role reports directly to the Head of Talent & Development. Your main priorities will include direct sourcing, employer branding, inclusion and diversity, and developing talent for the future.

The Role

This is a 12-month fixed term contract offering a competitive salary with a performance bonus of up to 25%. Key Responsibilities

  2. You have proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process either in-house or through an agency.">
  3. You have exposure to using social media tools in a recruitment context.">
  4. You are meticulous, organised, and able to work on multiple projects and to tight deadlines.">
  5. Strong business French is required, as well as fluency in English (written and spoken).">

Your Background

">

You should have a passion for building relationships and a strong understanding of commercial recruitment processes. Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process is essential, as is exposure to using social media tools in a recruitment context.

A high level of organisational skill, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are also required.

Your fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong business French are also necessary for this role.
