Financial Strategist

At Liberty Recruitment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategist - Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with the option for hybrid working.

This role involves overseeing the financial reporting and management reporting to support the overall business strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing variances and developing and implementing financial controls and procedures. Additionally, you will provide support during audits and have the opportunity to develop and mentor two Finance Assistants.

We are looking for an individual with experience using Excel at an intermediate to advanced level and preferably Power BI. You must also have experience working in a similar role and possess good commercial acumen. As a person, you will have strong numerical skills, excellent communication and influencing skills, be reliable, and have good organisational and planning skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
