About the Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Elsdon Mews, a supported living property that provides a range of individualised support to people living in shared properties and individual tenancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, support with medication, and meal preparation.
- Deliver person-centred services, following detailed support plans to enable individuals to live an independent and full life.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality service, promoting the well-being and dignity of individuals.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Ability to follow detailed support plans and provide person-centred care.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, although full training will be provided.
- Valid UK driving license is required.
- DBS check is required for this role.
