About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Elsdon Mews, a supported living property that provides a range of individualised support to people living in shared properties and individual tenancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, support with medication, and meal preparation.
  • Deliver person-centred services, following detailed support plans to enable individuals to live an independent and full life.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality service, promoting the well-being and dignity of individuals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow detailed support plans and provide person-centred care.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, although full training will be provided.
  • Valid UK driving license is required.
  • DBS check is required for this role.
