About the Role:

We're seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants at Barchester care homes. As a key member of our team, you'll provide high-quality support and companionship to our residents, helping them enjoy each day with dignity and respect.

As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents. Your empathetic approach and excellent communication skills will shine through in every interaction, making a real difference in the lives of those we care for.

Whether it's supporting residents with daily living activities or providing emotional support during challenging times, your role will be pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.

In return for your dedication, you'll receive a competitive salary, £19,000 per annum, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package, including free training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
