The role of the Service Advisor is to provide exceptional customer service and ownership throughout the customer's Harwoods experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm, inviting, and streamlined experience for customers
- Building strong and trusting relationships with customers
- Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the business, and the customer
- Ensuring a high standard of communication for the customer
- Contributing to the achievement of productivity and customer satisfaction targets
- Handling customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
- Establishing an understanding agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
- Maintaining the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity
- Managing the handover and administration of vehicle work
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Full UK driving licence
- Organised and methodical approach
- Smart appearance and professional demeanor
- Confident and effective communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team-based environment
