We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Field Service Engineer to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service experience to our clients in the CNC industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls on a regional basis, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Perform breakdown, repair, and installation of CNC machinery, including milling equipment, to the highest standards.
  • Offer expert advice and technical support to customers, providing solutions to complex problems.
  • Fault find both electrically and mechanically, using your skills and knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Report directly to the service manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience in the CNC service industry, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
