Dedicated Companion Assistant

Join us at Independent Living Alternatives as a Personal Care Assistant (PA) and contribute to our mission of promoting independence for people with physical disabilities. As a PA, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience while making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.
Our PAs work closely with individuals to understand their needs and preferences, supporting them with daily living tasks such as dressing, bathing, feeding, cooking, and cleaning. You will also have the chance to accompany them on outings and social activities, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting independence.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour, plus benefits such as holiday pay and pension contributions. Our comprehensive training program covers essential skills such as The Care Certificate, First Aid, Health and Safety, and Being a Personal Assistant.
As a PA, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to follow instructions. If you are passionate about supporting others and valuing independence, we encourage you to apply.
