Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to join our team in Bridgnorth. This is a permanent office-based position working 37.5 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • To lead the development and implementation of our health, safety, and environmental management systems.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • To conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • To provide guidance and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, environmental science).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a QHSE role or similar.
  • Proven track record of improving health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
