Key Responsibilities:
- Building and executing account strategies for key customers to ensure sustained value and expansion of Sedna's footprint.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders across departments within your accounts to identify new opportunities for growth, leveraging existing relationships to introduce additional Sedna solutions.
- Developing a deep understanding of your customers' strategic goals and aligning Sedna's offerings to help them achieve long-term success.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and account growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
