About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team in Bolsover. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to three individuals with varying needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.
