Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Leader to join our International Communications team in London, supporting EMEA and APAC. This role will lead on internal communications, planning, writing, and promoting content for various internal channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to inform, inspire, and engage colleagues across International.
  • Work with senior leaders to craft communications that align with organizational goals.
  • Produce creative content to ensure maximum engagement with employees across multiple locations.
  • Support the organization of company events, such as town halls and executive visibility.
  • Ensure all internal communications content is engaging and has a consistent tone of voice.
  • Support with internal communications response within issues management.
  • Partner with communications colleagues based in New York, London/Europe, and Hong Kong.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in communication, journalism, or a related field.
  • Relevant years of experience in communication roles, with a focus on internal communication.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align internal messaging with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various communication tools and platforms.
  • Experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders and providing strategic counsel.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to inform communication strategies.
