CNC Operator Role Overview

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Adecco. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machines and tools to manufacture plastic products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate CNC Routing and Milling Machines to produce high-quality products
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to understand the machining process
* Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet strict standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime
* Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve productivity

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a CNC Setter
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive hourly rate of £13-£15 DOE
* Full-time, permanent position
* Monday-Thursday 7:15am-4:30pm, Friday 7:15am-12:30pm
