Due to the company's growth in assets, this respected firm is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a medium-sized portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a portfolio of commercial buildings and be able to provide a comprehensive Facilities Management service to key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective maintenance of building plants and fabric through planned and reactive works.
  • Prepare and administer service charge expenditure and budgets.
  • Conduct regular building inspections.
  • Oversee reactive and planned maintenance works.
  • Ensure full Health and Safety compliance, conducting regular site inspections, signing off RAMS and permits to work.
  • Manage external contractors for M&E, security, and cleaning services.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a portfolio of multi-tenanted commercial buildings.
  • Full process of drafting a service charge budget to completion.
  • Experience in procurement and tendering hard and soft FM contracts.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH accreditation.
