Daish's Holidays is seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Member to join our team at one of our 12 stunning hotels across the UK. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of cleaning of equipment, walls, floors, fixtures and fittings and light equipment using cleaning products as instructed. You will also wash, sort and store all items of kitchen equipment, utensils and cooking implements.

A basic food preparation tasks as requested by the kitchen management are also part of your responsibilities. You will be aware of company COSHH, Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others to help to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Description
  • Clean and maintain all kitchen areas, including equipment, walls, floors, fixtures and fittings
  • Wash, sort and store all items of kitchen equipment, utensils and cooking implements
  • Undertake basic food preparation tasks as requested by the kitchen management
  • Be aware of company COSHH, Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others to help to maintain a safe working environment

We offer a competitive salary of up to £11.69 per hour, paid after a 3-month probation period. You will also receive a bonus of £50 once you have completed basic Daish's training and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100.

In addition to this, we offer continuous all year-round employment, flexible hours, and a supportive work-life balance package. Our kitchens finish no later than 8.30pm, with breakfast shifts starting from 7am and finishing by 11am latest.
