Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Excellence Specialist to join our Head Supply Chain team. This role will play a vital part in Supplier Management and Vendor Compliance, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a centralized Supplier database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage all TWC Supplier communications, identifying areas where supplier comms is required and signing off on relevant messages with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) approval.
  • Collaborate with the DC Operations Manager to monitor inbound supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular supplier surveys, analyzing results and presenting insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with buying teams and suppliers to resolve significant performance issues and implement corrective actions.

Benefits

The White Company offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
