The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire customer relationship life cycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.

With a strong focus on customer relationship management and software implementation, this role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of FinPro.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a Senior Relationship Manager at FinPro, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive customer engagement strategies
  • Managing the entire customer life cycle, from onboarding to ongoing support
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and software implementation
  • Strong understanding of the UK P&C insurance industry and its challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
