Customer Account Executive

Our client, a leading company in Weston-super-Mare, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Account Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

This full-time office-based role requires someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients by proactively developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to expand the portfolio of accounts. The company offers an attractive uncapped commission structure.

The successful candidate will have excellent commercial acumen to effectively capitalize on profitable opportunities. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the overall goals of the business. Success will be rewarded through the company's individual uncapped commission scheme as well as collective team targets and incentives.

While previous experience in an Account Management/Sales position is beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

This role will appeal to anyone with a genuine desire to develop business skills and industry knowledge in a fast-paced and commercially interesting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to expand the portfolio of accounts
