Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse RGN, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist to join our client in Norwich. As a Clinical Transition Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing customers' medical conditions and producing written reports for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience in an in-patient facing role, dealing with a wide range of clinical conditions. You must also possess excellent computer skills, typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute, and highly literate communication skills.

Benefits: Our client offers industry-leading training, with a full training program that includes skills to support customers and transferring current medical skills and knowledge to the required level. This training is approximately 6 months long and comes with payment. Additionally, you will receive ongoing CPD, over 100 hours protected per annum, support with revalidation, and career development within the organization.

Others: This role maintains your registration with the RGN or HCPC, with revalidation support. You will work closely with a clinical supervisor and have the opportunity to study for the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine accredited by the FOM. Geographically based salary range applies for this role.
