This role is a critical part of our scheduling process, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care. As a Care Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling care professionals to match client needs, with a focus on consistency and reliability.
  • Managing schedules to ensure timely delivery of care services.
  • Liaising with care professionals and clients to address any issues or concerns.
  • Working closely with our recruitment team to ensure adequate staffing levels.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to work on own initiative.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also comes with opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and collaborative team environment.
