About the Role

The Senior IT Manager, Enterprise Applications will be responsible for ensuring that enterprise applications and technologies are seamlessly integrated and perform optimally across the organization. This role requires a strong leader with extensive knowledge of enterprise business systems, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and commercial off-the-shelf software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Business-Aligned Technology Strategy: Develop, communicate, and execute a business-aligned technology strategy, including digital transformation, governance, and road mapping.
  • Lead Team Culture and Workforce Planning: Lead team culture, workforce and succession planning, mentorship, performance management, employee relations, and team development.
  • Communicate with Senior Leaders: Proactively lead communications with senior leaders to improve support for existing IT services and achieve buy-in for new services and capabilities.
  • Ensure Effective Service Delivery: Ensure your multi-tiered team provides effective and timely responses to inquiries and escalations for incidents, problems, and service requests, leveraging best practices in service delivery, customer service, and service desk automation.
  • Establish Technology Standards: Establish standards and policies to ensure technology is implemented consistently and uniformly across the globe in alignment with our compliance agreements.
  • Collaborate with Security Team: In partnership with our information security team, ensure the security, scalability, and governance of all IT application systems.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Collaborate and manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations to procure hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Identify Training Needs: Identify training needs for IT staff and opportunities for skill development.
  • Hold Team Accountable: Identify key performance indicators and hold your team accountable for achieving those metrics (e.g., measurably improve infrastructure reliability, redundancy, security, and scalability).
  • Oversee Budget Planning: Oversee all CAPEX and OPEX budget planning for your units, helping to develop the IT Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Hire and Retain Top Talent: Hire, develop, and retain top talent for your organization.
  • Travel as Needed: Infrequent travel to other sites within your duties as needed to ensure project delivery, oversight, and team mentorship.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Minimum
  • Minimum 10 Years of Enterprise Application Technology Experience
  • Minimum 4+ Years of Strategic Planning Experience
  • Minimum 4+ Years' Experience as an IT Manager
  • Due to Contractual Requirements, Must be a U.S. Person
