Apprentice Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our lettings team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and applicants
  • Assist with viewings, negotiations, and lettings administration
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the local property market
  • Work closely with the lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with property software
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
