Account Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Specialist to join our team at Wynne Consulting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of sales-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales enquiries from potential customers and internal sales team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Input sales data into our database, issue relevant documentation, and prepare quotations as necessary.
- Prioritize sales enquiries to meet tender return dates and adhere to KPIs and predefined objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal customer communication, identifying query requirements and taking appropriate action.
- Liaise closely with the Sales Assistant and External Sales Team to ensure timely sales enquiry resolution.
- Communicate with potential clients to clarify requirements, provide technical specifications, and standard drawings.
- Utilize our internet-based quotation systems for pricing and liaise with external suppliers to obtain the best prices for non-standard items.
- Establish effective relationships with customers, follow up on agreed contact deliverables, and ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective service delivery and contribute to the decision-making process.
- Adhere to the Company's Human Resources Policy and Quality Management System standards.
Requirements:
- Degree-educated or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of and commitment to continuing professional development.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Access, and Excel.
- Knowledge and experience of designing, developing, and delivering complex technology solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, with good personal insight, tact, and ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
