The Silver and Bow Family Office is seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the family's business and personal affairs, requiring a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct research and analysis on complex topics, summarizing findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Manage correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate records of key contacts and track expenses and budgets.
- Prepare and review documentation related to investments, finance, and property matters.
- Deliver high-quality documents aligned with our standards.
- Perform errands, shopping, and procurement tasks as required.
- Organize and maintain document filing systems for easy access.
**Requirements:**
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
