Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at S1R Limited (Trading as Staff One). As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
  • Supervise and manage a team of site operatives and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the site team to ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior site management role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
