About the RoleThe Head of Change and Transformation will be responsible for overseeing the modernisation and unification of our technology landscape, improving operational efficiency and driving digital transformation across the business divisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the modernisation and unification of technology landscape across divisions, improving operational efficiency.
- Oversee and enhance the end-to-end process of project and programme delivery.
- Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and drive transformation.
- Lead and develop the Business Analysis, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Adoption of Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
- Migration to cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS).
- Potential implementation of Dynamics 365.
The Head of Change and Transformation will report directly to the CIO and will lead the Business Analysis, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
Flexibility & TravelThis is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home, but regular travel will be required to key locations across the UK and the US.
