Job Title: Adult's Registered Manager

Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team in the East Cheshire region.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our Home Instead office in Chelford, near Macclesfield/Alderley Edge. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all governing body requirements and legislation relevant to the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Franchise Owners and Group Operations Manager to develop and grow a high-quality private domiciliary care service for people in the local area.
  • Act as the Registered Manager, managing the regulated activity for the office.
  • Promote the highest standards of care and service, focusing on person-centered care.
  • Quality check risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the successful operation of quality control systems and perform quality assurance visits for clients.
  • Effectively manage complaints and incidents, conducting investigations and using findings to initiate improvements.
  • Participate in disciplinary investigations, interviews, and meetings, following company policy and HR advice.
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Extensive care experience with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven experience in leading, training, and managing a team to provide high-quality domiciliary care services.
  • Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent.
  • Due to the need to support the On-Call function, which may require supporting team members out in the field in emergency situations, and the requirement to travel throughout the community to conduct new client assessments, you should have a driving license and access to a vehicle.
