Job Description

As a Graduate Pest Control Technician at Rentokil Initial, you will start as a Pest Control Technician and provide invaluable support to customers by resolving their pest control issues while receiving comprehensive industry-recognised training. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
  • Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
  • Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
  • Completing accurate reports after every visit.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
