About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Manage medication and administer as required
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Help with light housework and domestic duties
  • Enable clients to access the community and attend appointments
