Description of Job Duties:

This position is part of our Aftersales team at Continental, working closely with our diagnostic team to develop diagnostic solutions for luxury performance automotive OEMs. The primary responsibility is vehicle data acquisition and installation, testing, and monitoring of vehicle data logs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with datalogger configurations, including XCP over Flexray/CAN, and system integration testing on vehicles. Additionally, they will support root cause investigations for software bugs and collaborate with software development to implement fixes.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and install vehicle data logs, perform tests, and monitor results
  • Configure dataloggers and integrate systems for testing
  • Analyze data to identify root causes and collaborate with software development to resolve issues
  • Support customer test teams and provide on-site or remote assistance during build investigations

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of vehicle networks, electrical systems, and architectures
  • Experience in engineering with automotive products
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly

Estimated Annual Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 based on industry standards and location.
