We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' retail spaces are visually appealing and effectively merchandised.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandising and Visual Display: Ensure that products and promotions are displayed attractively and effectively, and that shelves are well-stocked.
- Compliance and Standards: Maintain knowledge of and adhere to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
- Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers, and provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
- Experience and Skills: Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative and Ownership: Thrive in an environment where you have ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
- Manual Handling and Flexibility: Be comfortable with manual handling and flexible in your approach to meet the needs of the role.
- Technology and Administration: Confident in using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
- Driving License and Car Access: A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
