Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate operational activities using various systems and tools.
- Monitor work output from beginning to completion, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated regularly.
- Act as the first point of contact for operations colleagues, providing resolutions to any issues that may arise.
- Process, raise, and close traffic management, footway, road closures, notice, and permit requests.
Requirements
- Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to assess and make quick decisions.
- Highly developed organisational and communication skills, with an enjoyment of dealing with diverse stakeholders.
- Computer literacy and a customer-oriented approach are essential.
