Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Hardware Design Lead to join our team at Langham Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex electronic hardware for challenging customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead expert-level multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver complex electronic hardware for complex electronic systems.
  • Manage complex hardware design, product development, and ongoing technical problem-solving.
  • Travel periodically for technical reviews of products.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for security clearance.
  • Mixed signal ADC/DAC, FPGA & SoC based design for high-performance signal processing, communications, and control.
  • AC/DC Power Conversion experience.
  • Ability to define and analyze requirements while developing necessary architecture.
  • Experience across Design, Verification, Testing & Debugging.
  • Experience with PCB Design & VPX Design.
  • Interfacing experience with Ethernet, PCIe & JESD.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience within the defense industry.
