Budget Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to fill a vacant position as a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, and a deep understanding of financial planning and control processes.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering monthly reporting processes, including production and reconciliation of Trial Balances, preparation and submission of financial data into Dechra Group reporting systems, and working with key stakeholders to understand financial performance and identify ways to improve it. The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will also take ownership for standard costing, develop insightful business cases for capital expenditure and key projects, and collaborate proactively with the business to drive improvements in financial control and reporting processes.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. This figure is in line with national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
