About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Reporting Analyst to join our team at Wessex Water. As a key member of our Performance Reporting team, you will play a crucial role in building reports and analyzing data to provide valuable insights that help maintain performance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain business reports in QlikView and Power BI to provide critical information and data trends to operational staff and senior management.
  • Analyze available data to interpret business requirements and provide users with the ability to make measured and well-informed decisions.
  • Compile and distribute regular reports to a high quality and provide a service throughout the business for ad hoc data queries and assistance.
  • Support the Performance Reporting Team Leader as required and cover key meetings.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders across departments to build a strong understanding and impeccable knowledge of water service processes and regulations.
Requirements
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including experience using a range of formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), pivot tables, and charts.
  • An element of coding experience and working knowledge of QlikView or other business intelligence software.
  • Strong data manipulation, analysis, and reporting skills with the ability to plan and prioritize your own workload.
