About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating goods in and out across the site, working closely with the weighbridge team to ensure safe loading and unloading of goods. This will involve organizing stock and stock rotation, as well as using the SAP system to book items in and out.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate goods in and out across the site, ensuring safe loading and unloading of goods.
  • Organize stock and stock rotation, ensuring that all goods are stored and retrieved efficiently.
  • Use the SAP system to book items in and out, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Report safety observations and incidents, and take a proactive approach to Health and Safety.
  • Supervise silo discharge and conduct weekly spot checks on discharging of products.
  • Ensure all incoming vehicles and drivers are compliant with company standards, conducting spot checks weekly.
  • Support the Operational team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Forklift Truck (FLT) license.
  • Proven experience working in an industrial, factory, or similar environment.
  • Good communication skills.
