A New Challenge AwaitsWe're seeking a skilled Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our expanding low-carbon technology installation teams in Hinckley. As the face of our company, you'll provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, working alongside a diverse and friendly field force.
Your Key Responsibilities- Drive, collect, and deliver goods nationally using a company-provided Luton Van (fuel and insurance provided)
- Provide site support to engineers and customers, ensuring goods are left in a secure, safe, and practical place
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, offering an exceptional delivery service
- Take responsibility for the efficient running of the warehouse, including Goods In, Goods Out, Pack Build, Goods Assembly, Returns, and Stock Control, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Support on other tasks as required, such as vehicle pick-ups, maintenance, cleaning/servicing equipment, and inventory checks
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution centre
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of a multi-drop driving and warehouse role
- Confident communication skills, able to speak directly with customers in a friendly, proactive, and 'can-do' attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 3 points)
- Experience driving and operating a ton Luton Van (or similar) in a customer-facing role
- Forklift driving experience is desirable but not essential
- A competitive salary of £26,000 (plus London weighting if applicable)
- A £2,500 annual bonus based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
