Perpetual Engineering is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join its team. The consultancy offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a great work-life balance. The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 (full package). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing their skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results. • Managing construction costs and ensuring projects are delivered within budget
• Collaborating with the senior team to develop and implement cost management strategies
• Providing expert advice on cost-related matters to clients and stakeholders
• Analyzing data and identifying areas for cost savings
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of construction cost management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
