About the Role

Our team of Community Guardians work across the city to tackle inconsiderate and illegal parking issues, anti-social behaviour and environmental crime.

We are looking for a proactive and flexible individual who can work independently and as part of a team to provide a reassuring presence in the community.

The ideal candidate will have a professional and calm manner, and be able to effectively communicate and listen to people from diverse backgrounds.

They will also have the ability to work shifts and be flexible, and have the confidence to tackle inappropriate behaviours.

As a Community Guardian, you will be responsible for enforcing regulations and providing a visible presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce parking regulations and deal with anti-social behaviour
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide a reassuring presence
  • Communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Work shifts and be flexible
  • Tackle inappropriate behaviours with confidence
