Job Title: Financial Controller

Duties:

• Prepare the monthly management accounts

• Manage the accounting year end

• Conduct variance analysis

• Oversee accruals and prepayments

• Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled

• Prepare VAT returns, National Statistics, and year-end payroll

• Develop and manage budgets

• Oversee fixed assets and cash flow forecasts

• Prepare annual budgets

• Lead the purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control

• Manage a small team

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous SME experience

Working Hours:

• 9am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday with flexible working hours if required

Salary:

Up to £50,000 + Pension + Free parking + other benefits
