About the Job:

As a Line Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment. This will involve conducting preventative maintenance tasks, collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong background in industrial maintenance or a related field
  • Experience working with manufacturing equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £43,229 - £53,820 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:

  • An annual bonus
  • A 9% company pension contribution

  • Subsidized canteen

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will be required to work a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights). We operate a rotating shift system to ensure that all staff members share an equal workload and have regular breaks.
